WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Warsaw police had to use tear gas to end a two hour barricade situation at a downtown hotel.

It all started when police were investigating a stolen moped. They found it outside a room at the Victory Hotel, but once police entered the hotel room, they also located a working meth lab and 21-year-old Jeffery Owsley of Warsaw. He's being charged with two felonies: dealing methamphetamine, and possession of precursors to the manufacture of meth.

While police were on the scene, they were also told that a wanted felon was hiding in an upstairs hotel unit. Police called in SWAT and they had to deploy tear gas to get 31-year-old Charles Dove of North Webster to surrender. He was booked into the Kosciusko County jail on felony charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, and resisting law enforcement.
