Fort Wayne Roller Rink Pioneer Passes

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A roller rink pioneer not just for Fort Wayne, but the nation as well has died.

Marg Wall ran the Roller Dome on Coliseum Boulevard since 1950. The Churubuysco native ran the Roller Dome and seven others with her husband, who she met at, you guessed it, a roller rink. The two were wed in 1940.

Wall also wrote the rules of behavior that were adopted at skating establishments across the country.

The Journal-Gazette reports that Wall passed away Tuesday morning at the age of 92. She leaves behind 12 children.
