FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Parkview Research Center has been given a financial award.

The center located in the Parkview Mirro Center has been selected for a Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institutte award to help develop a global Rare Disease Registry. 

They will be partnered with other national organizations to help bring researchers, physicians and patients to help research rare diseases. 

For instance, one condition Parkview will research is Fibrous Dysplasia and related disorders involving excess bone growth.
