PAULDING COUNTY, Ohio (WOWO): A Navy sailor from Paulding County that was killed in the Chattanooga shooting last Thursday will be buried in Chattanooga. 

The Paulding Progress is reporting that Randall Smith will be buried with full military honors at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Services will be held at First Baptist Church in Fort Oglethorpe in Georgia at 2 PM on Tuesday, July 28th. 

Locally, you can remember Smith at the Paulding High School gym on Saturday, August 1st at 11 AM. 

In addition, the Paulding Chamber of Commerce is asking the community to put flags outside their homes and businesses in honor of Smith.
