Fort Wayne Residents Indicted For Part In Attempted Bank Robbery

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Five Fort Wayne residents have been indicted for their part in an ongoing bank robbery conspiracy.

In total, 5 people have been accused of conspiring to commit robbery, attempted robbery and attempted bank robbery. According to the Journal Gazette, on Wednesday a grand jury in Fort Wayne indicted 37 year old Freddie L. Church, Jr., 21 year old Shaiki Sutton, 19 year old Tyler M. McCarthy, 18 year old Christian J. Smith and 21 year old Autumn J. Carter.

A failed robbery attempt in Grant County on June 17th, followed up by another failed attempt in Marion on July 2nd led to their capture.
