BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): Authorities have arrested 257 people in Bloomington at events surrounding the Little 500 bicycle race, and a porch collapse at a house party has hurt five people. Indiana State Excise Police said Sunday that officers arrested 235 people on 285 charges. Corporal Travis Thickstun says most of the tickets were alcohol-related but also included drug offenses, indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
