INDIANAPOLIS (AP): U.S. Representative Marlin Stutzman has become the second member of Indiana's congressional delegation to join a caucus to boost ties with Macedonia. Stutzman represents one of the nation's largest populations of Macedonian-Americans as the congressman for the Fort Wayne area.
