INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Indiana has made the top ten for the first time in a national survey of business taxes. This year, the Hoosier State rose one spot to replace Texas as the 10th best climate in the 2014 State Business Tax Climate Index. It’s the tenth year for the climate index, which collects data on over a hundred tax provisions for each state, then compare scores state to state.
