Indiana Ranks in Top 10 for Tax Climate Index

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Indiana has made the top ten for the first time in a national survey of business taxes. This year, the Hoosier State rose one spot to replace Texas as the 10th best climate in the 2014 State Business Tax Climate Index.
