Bigger Ethics Questions in House Turner Review

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The House Ethics Committee that's scheduled to take up the case of state Representative Eric Turner will have to decide the narrow question of whether he violated any rules along with the broader question of whether House ethics rules are substantial enough. Republican House Speaker Brian Bosma called for the ethics panel to meet following reports that Turner had lobbied privately to kill a nursing home ban that would have been disastrous for his family's businesses.
