INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): State health officials announced today that more than 50,000 records have now been accessed using MyVaxIndiana, the online tool launched by the Indiana State Department of Health in 2012. By visiting the secure website, MyVaxIndiana.in.gov, Hoosiers can download, print, email, or fax their official immunization records.
 
MyVaxIndiana was created through a technology grant awarded to the Indiana State Department of Health from the Office of the National Coordinator in response to the Consumer Innovation challenge to provide consumers access to their health information.
