Gov. Pence Picks Trustees for Purdue University Board

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) – Indiana Gov. Mike Pence has chosen three business leaders to either continue or start their tenure on Purdue University's Board of Trustees. 

The (Lafayette) Journal & Courier (http://on.jconline.com/1IAFtZB ) reports Pence named one new trustee and reappointed two members to the board on Monday.

The new trustee is Michael Klipsch, a 1985 Purdue graduate who is executive vice president of Klipsch Group Inc.

The trustees reappointed to the board are Michael Berghoff and JoAnn Brouillette. Berghoff is founder and president of Lenex Steel Corp., while Brouillette is managing partner and president of Demeter LP. 

Pence also chose Purdue sophomore Cameron Mann as the new student representative to serve a two-year term.
