Around 10:45 p.m., police pulled a vehicle driven by Timothy Cole over for speeding on I-69 near mile 329. Police say a search was conducted after the police K-9 unit alerted officers to items in the vehicle.

Upon investigation, officers found 1.15 pounds of marijuana, along with several suckers, hard candies, liquid bottles labeled Starbuzz Cannabis liquid, a cookie, and a chocolate candy bar. All of the sweets contained THC. A stolen hand gun was also located in the vehicle.
