Death at Construction Site Ruled Accidental

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): The death of an Avon man at a Fort Wayne construction site has been ruled accidental.

The coroners office has ruled that 46-year-old Michael Elliott died from head injuries when a compressed gas line hit him. He was working at a job site off Pleasant Center Road.

The investigation determined that the gas line came loose.  Elliott was married and the father of four children.
