FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County Coroner says the woman found dead in her house on Monday afternoon was shot to death.
Ileea D. Davis, 33, was identified by the Allen County Coroner’s Office. The coroner says she died from gunshot wounds and ruled her death as a homicide.
Davis’ friend found her dead in Davis’ house on Monday afternoon in the 3600 block of Lillie Street in Fort Wayne.
Her friend hadn’t heard from her for several hours, which is what prompted the visit.
Her death is the 9th in Allen County this year.
