FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The nine day 2016 Three Rivers Festival was mild compared to past years.

In total, there were only five arrests during the festival. In the past, there have been up to 46 arrests.

Two people were arrested for possession of controlled substance, two people were arrested for trespassing and one person was arrested on a warrant.
