ALTONA, Ind. (WOWO): DeKalb County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man after a domestic battery dispute Thursday morning.

Deputies responded to the 1300 block of West Quincy Street in Altona at around 7:30 a.m. While on their way to the scene, deputies were told the man had ran from the home toward the CSX railroad tracks.

Deputies along with Auburn police and Noble County officers used a K-9 and drones to search the area. However, the search was ended after about an hour and a half.

Charges are expected to be filed against the man, whose name has not been released.

No further information is available at this time. The incident is still under investigation.
