A Federal Lawsuit is Filed to Block Indiana’s Look-alike Drug Laws

The laws are aimed at synthetic drugs. They allow authorities to label a product a “look-alike” drug because it resembles some that contain banned substances. The problem is, merchants can have their inventory seized and face drug trafficking charges even if they can prove their products don’t actually contain any banned substances. So far, four business have filed the suit.
