Barbara Wright walked into Hoosier Lottery Headquarters in Indianapolis shortly after the doors opened this morning and presented her winning ticket to Lottery officials.  Wright matched four of the first five numbers and the Powerball number. She increased her winnings by adding Power Play to her ticket for an extra dollar.  She says the extra cash will allow her to “have a nice Christmas,” pay off all her bills and put a down payment on a car.
