FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The abortion Doctor that has nearly 500 complaints filled against him is speaking out.

Dr. Ulrich Klopfer spoke with our partners in news at 21 Alive and told them the allegations are false. The complaints from Indiana Right to Life and Allen County Right to Life claim he made more than 3,000 errors and omissions on forms and didn't report a teen's abortion in accordance with state law.

He says he's been doing this for 40 years and the state inspects his practice every two years and he always passes. He adds that in the last 18 months he has only had eight forms returned to him from the state, which needed to be updated because of overlooked or missing information.

The complaints are being filed with the Indiana Attorney General's office.
