Angola Company Sold in $48M Deal

CLEVELAND (WOWO): An Steuben County  company has been sold.

ParkOhio announced today it has acquired Angola's Autoform Tool and Manufacturing.

The company builds fuel lines for cars and trucks.

The deal is worth more than $48 million dollars. The company was founded in 1996.
