Angola police searching for gas station robber

ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): Angola police are on the lookout for a man who robbed a gas station at gunpoint.

The Angola Police Department tells WOWO News a man wearing a dark colored jacket, zip-up hood and a blue bandana over his face came into the Marathon gas station at I-69 and US 20 just after 9:30 Friday night, pointed a black handgun at the two employees inside, and demanded cash from the register.

He then made them lie on the floor while he left. Nobody was hurt.

The suspect was approximately 5’6″, weighing 140 to 160 lbs. If you know anything about this crime you’re urged to call police.
