KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An area man will be honored as a hero tomorrow.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, along with Grace College, will present an award to Tyler Rothhaar tomorrow for his life-saving actions from a fiery four-vehicle crash that happened in Pierceton on March 11th at the intersection of U.S. 30 and State Road 13.

Tyler, along with another unknown individual, pulled a husband and wife from their burning vehicle shortly after impact.

Tyler is currently a student at Grace College and will be honored for his actions at the Kosciusko County Commissioners’ regularly scheduled meeting.
