FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne grocery store was robbed at gunpoint this morning.

Police responded to reports of an armed robbery at the Brooklyn Grocery on the 2600 block of Brooklyn Avenue

The store was robbed around 7:45 a.m.

According to our partners in news at 21Alive, a black male wielding a gun made off with cash and other items.

No word on a suspect.
