Auburn Police urge residents to lock vehicles

AUBURN, Ind. (WOWO): Police in Auburn are warning folks to lock up their cars.

The Auburn Police Department is investigating 14 thefts from vehicles that happened over the weekend, according to our partners in news at 21Alive.

The thefts all happened Saturday night and very early Sunday morning, and the thieves took everything from cash and GPS devices to hair care products.

Every car hit was unlocked, and police say all of the thefts happened in the northeast and southeast parts of town.
