They're mostly generic baby wipes sold at stores like Sam's Club, Family Dollar, Fred's, Walgreens, and Diapers.com. When some parents complained that they didn't smell or look right, they called the manufacturer, Nutek, and tests were done.

The tests showed a small amount of bacteria in the wipes and although the contamination poses little medical risks to healthy children it can lead to problems for those with compromised immune systems.
