Baby Wipes Being Recalled Over Possible Bacterial Contamination

INDIANA (WOWO): Parents with young children, check your diaper bags as there's been a big baby wipe recall.

They're mostly generic baby wipes sold at stores like Sam's Club, Family Dollar, Fred's, Walgreens, and Diapers.com. When some parents complained that they didn't smell or look right, they called the manufacturer, Nutek, and tests were done.

The tests showed a small amount of bacteria in the wipes and although the contamination poses little medical risks to healthy children it can lead to problems for those with compromised immune systems. Therefore, company officials decided to recall all Nutek baby wipes. If you have some call the company for a refund.
