Bisard Could be Jailed in Fort Wayne if Bond Lost

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): A suspended Indianapolis police officer free on bond after a deadly traffic crash could be jailed in Fort Wayne if prosecutors succeed in getting the bond revoked. Allen County Sheriff Ken Fries says it’s possible David Bisard might be ordered held until his October trial on charges in the 2010 crash that killed a motorcyclist. Prosecutors asked that Bisard’s bail be revoked after new drunken driving charges were filed against him yesterday.
