Scott Kreiger made the announcement in a letter to parents of students at Bishop Luers this morning.

A lawsuit is still pending and an investigation is underway into allegations that nearly 40 female minor-age students were victimized by minor male students who allegedly applied their names to carefully edited pornographic videos that featured women who resembled the students – and that school administrators turned a blind eye to the matter.

Kreiger, along with James Huth, Former Bishop Luers High School Principal and current Director of Development; Principal Scott Kreiger;  David Maugel, Superintendent of Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocesan Schools; and Kevin Mann, Bishop Luers Athletic Director were named in the suit.
