HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): Huntington has declared a boil water order, possibly until late Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Huntington Water Department, in the event of a boil advisory, you should do the following:

Bring water to a rapid boil for five minutes for drinking and food preparation purposes.

The Huntington Water Department also wants residents to conserve water by avoiding washing cars, watering lawns and any other unnecessary water use.
