INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians has received permission to interview with the Chicago Bears for their head coaching vacancy. Arians went 9-3 this season while filling in for coach Chuck Pagano. The Bears fired Lovie Smith on Monday.
