Bryan Crash Suspect Faces Charges Including Possession of Cocaine

BRYAN, OH (WOWO) A Bryan man has been indicted after fleeing the scene of a buggy crash that seriously injured a woman and two children, according to reporting by WTOL.

Michael D. Quillen, 32, faces three felony counts of Failure to Stop After an Accident, as well as charges of Driving Under Suspension or in Violation of License Restrictions, Possession of Cocaine, and Tampering with Evidence.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred November 12, about six miles northwest of Bryan, when Quillen rear-ended a buggy. A 27-year-old Bryan woman and two children were inside the buggy at the time. All three were hospitalized with serious injuries.

Quillen is scheduled to appear in Williams County Common Pleas Court on February 5.
