Building Project Earns Allen Co. Board of Commissioners Nearly $55,000

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A building project at the Edwin J. Rousseau Centre expects to reduce the building’s future energy usage by 2.4 million kilowatt hours per year.  That equals an annual savings of around $117,000. Tuesday, I&M presented the Allen County Board of Commissioners a check worth almost $55,000 for participating in the project.  That check is part of the energy company’s Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency program. I&M makes financial incentives available for qualifying energy efficiency upgrades to their Indiana business customers.
