FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A California company has filed paperwork to expand into Fort Wayne.

Intellectual Technology Inc. is looking to invest $1.6 million to add a 12,000 square foot building for research and development for their license plate making business The Journal Gazette reports 10 full and part time positions will be created.

The company is based out of Carlsbad, California mostly working with BMV functions.
