PORTER, Ind. (AP) _ The body of a suburban Chicago man has been recovered from Lake Michigan a day after he fell overboard from a boat.
Indiana Conservation Officer Shawn Brown says divers recovered the body of 54-year-old Amer Rustum of Willowbrook, Illinois, in 12 feet of water near Indiana Dunes State Park on Monday afternoon.
Brown says the body was spotted with a remote-control underwater vehicle.
Brown says Rustum was with friends about 6 p.m. Sunday when he fell in about 20 yards from shore about 10 miles east of Gary.
