Allen County prosecutors says tests showing that a 7-year-old Fort Wayne girl had drugs in her system were erroneous and no criminal charges will be filed in the case. County Prosecutor Karen Richards says the test results on the girl were “false positives.” Those results had shown PCP, methadone and marijuana in the girl’s system after she was brought to a local hospital last month.
