Churubusco, Woodburn Awarded Federal Grants

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Big money coming for improvement projects for two area towns.

Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann announced $400 thousand dollars in matching grants are heading to improvement projects in Churubusco and Woodburn.

It's part of the federal Main Street Revitalization Program and meant to enhance downtown facades in rural areas.

Ellsperman says its important to keep communities vibrant and active for residents and business.
