Co-Conspirator Sentenced in Fabini Drug Ring

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A federal judge has sentenced a Fort Wayne man to 70 months in prison for his role in a marijuana distribution ring.

Thirty-five year old Marshall Butler pleaded guilty in a plea agreement for maintaining a drug-involved premises for distribution. 


According to the Journal Gazette, Butler and 35-year-old Michael Fabini were arrested in December 2012.

At the time, authorities said the operation had been going on for more than five years. Fabini was sentenced to 14 years in prison in March after pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess marijuana with intent to sell.
