Coliseum Expansion Set for Ribbon Cutting, Public Tour

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An expansion project for Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne is nearly done.

The public's invited to an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, December 18th from 4-7pm for the Coliseum's new Conference Center, which has been under construction for more than a year and will be finished well ahead of its first public event, which is a bridal show the first weekend of January.

The Conference Center adds more than 50,000 square feet to the building, making the Coliseum the second-largest public assembly facility in Indiana, second only to Lucas Oil Stadium.
