Colts Beat Chiefs, Clinch Playoff Spot

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) _ Andrew Luck’s touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne late in the fourth quarter yesterday gave the Indianapolis Colts a 20-13 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Luck finished with 205 yards passing as the Colts clinched a spot in the playoffs.

The 10-5 Colts equaled the 2008 Miami Dolphins as the only teams to win at least 10 games after losing 14 or more the previous season.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) _ Colts quarterback Andrew Luck has surpassed Cam Newton’s record for yards passing by a rookie in a single season. Luck needed only 74 yards to break the Carolina quarterback’s previous mark of 4,051 yards. Luck finished with 205 yards passing in yesterday’s game against Kansas City.
