A Fort Wayne man is $100,000 richer and the windfall couldn’t have come at a better time.  Bradley Reed bought the $5 Jingle Jackpot scratch-off ticket at Circle K, on Sherman Boulevard near State.  He says he’s expecting to be laid off from his job in February so his lottery win came just in time.
