Fort Wayne-based Brotherhood Mutual Insurance is adding 102 new jobs. The new positions were announced today as part of a four-year expansion plan, along with the construction of a 54,000 square-foot building on their Fort Wayne property, which is located at I69 and Coldwater. The new facility will cost $15 million and will include space for up to 200 additional employees. Construction will begin this April.
