FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The condemnation of the Hallmark Inn will no longer occur Wednesday afternoon. The owner of the property has been granted a temporary injunction in this case and a circuit court hearing will now be held on March 12.

Originally, Director of Neighborhood Code Enforcement Cindy Joyner told WOWO News that the Hallmark Inn on Washington Boulevard was to be condemned today due to structural issues. However, a release from city leaders was sent out stating that the condemnation would not happen.

The reason for the change is unknown, but we’ll keep you updated as this process moved forward.
