Connersville Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrests

CONNERSVILLE, Ind. (WOWO): A routine traffic stop led police to three felony drug arrests.

A green Buick was caught going over 40 MPH over the speed limit. The driver, 34 year old Craig Waddell was driving south on Waterloo, just south of CR 400 near Connersville. When police caught up and stopped Waddell, they found he had an expired license and one officer also saw drugs.

The passengers in the vehicle, 36 year old Danny Steele of Connersville and Craig Harmon of Connersville were caught with 4.5 grams of Heroin. All three men in the car were charged with dealing and possession of a narcotic drug. Weddell was also charged with driving with a suspended license.
