FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — Construction has started on The Eddy at North River, a 111-unit apartment complex situated on the Wells Street Wedge in Fort Wayne.
This development marks the first major residential project on the north side of the St. Marys River, featuring 236 parking spaces and 3,300 square feet of retail space.
Strategically connected to Promenade Park via the historic Wells Street Bridge, the project aims to bridge the gap between downtown and the north side.
