Council Decides to Allow Chickens in Indiana City

GOSHEN, Ind. (AP): A northern Indiana city council has reversed itself and approved a proposal allowing residents to keep chickens at their homes. The Goshen City Council voted 4-3 Tuesday night in favor of a two-year program allowing up to 50 permits for those wanting to have chickens.
