ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): This afternoon, the Indiana Department of Transportation announced that the Covington Road Bridge over I-69 is open to traffic.  The intersection of Covington Road and Dicke Road is also open. 

The Covington Road Bridge closed on April 25th, for deck replacement and widening.  The intersection of Covington Road and Dicke Road closed on September 3, 2013, for intersection improvement, including the installation of a new traffic signal.
