FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The victim of a crash that happened on I-69 last week has been identified. 

40-year-old Nelson Hyatt of Angola died when his truck ran into a semi on August 13th. 

The Allen County Coroner's Office says the official cause of death was blunt force trauma.
