David Bisard Convicted in 2010 Fatal Crash

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): After nine hours of deliberation, jurors have reached a verdict in the case of suspended Indianapolis Police Officer, David Bisard. He has been found guilty on all 9 criminal counts. 

The judge scheduled a sentencing date for November 26th, 2013.  

The official verdict is as follows:

Count 1 – operating w BAC higher than .15- B felony GUILTY

Count 2 –OWI causing death- C felony GUILTY

Count 3- Rec homicide- C felony GUILTY

Count 4- OWI causing serious injury- D felony GUILTY

Count 5 – operating w BAC .08 causing injury- D felony GUILTY

Count 6 – OWI causing serious injury- D felony GUILTY

Count 7- operating w BAC .08- D felony GUILTY

Count 8- Crim Rec- D Felony GUILTY

Count 9 Crim Rec- D felony GUILTY
