COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WOWO) – Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an off-road vehicle crash that happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday.

A male juvenile, 17 of Columbia City, was riding a dirt bike on a private trail in the 4000 block of North 50 West.

He attempted a jump and crashed.

The juvenile broke both arms and was transported to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
