Donnelly: Budget Cuts Could Shortchange Military

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): U.S. Sen. Joe Donnelly is warning that ongoing congressional budget cuts could shortchange the U.S. military and its suppliers. The Indiana Democrat made the comments Monday after touring Fort Wayne plants owned by ITT Exelis, which makes military communications equipment and weather satellite parts. Donnelly says U.S troops “have come home safe” because of the company's products.
